Leaders aren’t born, they are made. And they are made just like anything else, through hard work.
The first of two Keystone programmes aimed at helping delegates make the transition from doing to managing to leading.
Keystone 1 concerns the transition to being able to manage others, some of whom will have been colleagues. It helps them to make both the emotional transition and to develop the practical skills necessary to be able to manage other’s performance.
During this programme delegates will experience the content and learn by doing far more than being told. The workshop is ‘manual lite’, delegates are encouraged to reflect on their experience during the course, share with a ‘learning partner’ and form their own views and opinions about what is useful and what is not. They will be provide with a brief manual which illustrates the content but leaves them to annotate and compile personal action plans for themselves
Objective: Providing you with the key tools to survive the transition to first level management
