This workshop explores how Emotional Intelligence (EI) allows us to understand, connect and ultimately influence others. It contrasts IQ, the skill set necessary to take on a position with EI, the mind-set necessary to be effective and successful in that position.
It examines the four domains of EI and enables delegates to assess their relative strengths and weakness as well as what they can do to enhance their overall ability to engage others.
